If there is any issue with any of our products, you will be notified and informed of when you will receive your order. Orders that specify a particular manufacturing time will be shipped once that time has elapsed.
Shipping Cost Coverage:
The shipping costs mentioned above include, in addition to the transportation of the products, packaging in specially designed boxes for transport, insurance against loss or damage, as well as VAT.
The customer must return products at their own expense, covering both the initial shipping cost and the return cost (which must be managed directly by the customer), as well as any applicable customs fees.
Some items may not be in stock at the time of ordering and will be custom-made for each customer. In such cases, products will be shipped once they have been produced.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Additionally, all delivery times may be affected during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or sales due to high shipping volumes.
If an incorrect product is delivered or if the product is defective, we will proceed with a full refund using the same payment method chosen by the customer within a maximum of 14 days.
The seller is liable to the consumer for any defects that appear within a period of three years from the date of delivery, which will be understood as the date appearing on the invoice, purchase receipt, or delivery note if it is later.
Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that any defects that appear within two years of delivery already existed when the product was handed over.
The consumer may request the seller to correct the defect, reduce the price, or terminate the contract. These procedures will be free of charge for the consumer and will include all necessary expenses to ensure the goods comply with the contract, particularly shipping, transportation, labor, or material costs.
