Return Policy
The user may exercise the right of withdrawal through any legally accepted means.

MILFSHAKES X VICIO
To request a refund for any product from the collaboration with Vicio purchased in a pack with the collectible figure, it is mandatory to return both the garment (t-shirt or sweatshirt) and the collectible figure included in the order.
The collectible figure must be returned without any signs of use beyond the mere verification of its good condition. If the figure is not returned, the refund will not be processed. Additionally, if the figure is damaged, the user will be responsible for the depreciation of the item due to improper handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Shipping
Orders for clothing items will be delivered within:
- National: 2-10 days
- International (Ground): 3-14 days
- International (Air): 3-10 days
If there is any issue with any of our products, you will be notified and informed of when you will receive your order. Orders that specify a particular manufacturing time will be shipped once that time has elapsed.
