1. Contracting Conditions

1.1. User Registration

The use of the services provided by Milfshakes, S.L. requires the User to register on the Website.

The User must complete the registration by providing their full name and email address. Once the registration is completed, a message will be sent to the designated email account with a link that the User must follow to confirm access to it.

In any case, the User will be required to accept these General Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Once registered correctly on the website, the User can access "MY ACCOUNT" at any time. Through "MY ACCOUNT," the User can modify personal data, shipping details, and check pending orders.

1.2. Shipping Conditions

Milfshakes, S.L. has the means to ship its products worldwide. The purchase of products on the Website is subject to shipping costs, which are borne by the buyer.

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the number of products purchased, according to the indicative table below. In any case, the effective shipping costs will be detailed during the purchase process, and the buyer will have the opportunity to review these costs before finalizing the purchase.

If Milfshakes is unable to deliver your order on the estimated date, we will send you an email, and you will be able to see the new delivery date in your order details.

The shipping costs mentioned above include, in addition to the transportation of the products, packaging in specially designed boxes for transportation, insurance against loss or damage, as well as VAT.

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the User.

Milfshakes, S.L. assumes no responsibility when the product delivery cannot be completed due to the inaccuracy or falsehood of the data provided by the User, as well as in cases where the delivery cannot be made due to reasons beyond Milfshakes, S.L., such as the recipient's absence at the delivery address.

In the event of the recipient’s absence, a delivery notice will be left with the necessary information to arrange a new delivery at the recipient’s address or the necessary instructions to pick up the product at a designated location.

1.3. Product Delivery

Milfshakes, S.L. is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the CLIENT in the order form.

To optimize delivery, we ask the CLIENT to indicate an address where the order can be delivered during regular working hours and to provide a contact phone number, preferably a mobile number, where the courier company can inform them of the status and expected delivery time.

1.3.1. Delivery Time

Orders for clothing items will be delivered within 5 business days via a delivery company, depending on product availability.

If there is any issue with a product, you will be notified and informed of when you will receive your order.

Orders that specify a particular estimated manufacturing time will be shipped once that time has elapsed.

Some items may not be in stock at the time of your order, as they will be custom-made for each customer. In that case, the products will be shipped once they are produced.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Additionally, all delivery times may be affected during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or sales due to high shipping volumes.

Milfshakes, S.L. reserves the right to a shipping time of up to 30 days in case of stock problems or incidents.

Customized or personalized products according to the User's specifications are non-returnable.

1.4. Pricing and Payment Methods

The prices of the products are those indicated in the description attached to them.

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Milfshakes, S.L. offers the following payment methods:

• Debit or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS) via a virtual POS terminal.
• Payment through PayPal.
• seQura: Flexible payments with options for interest-free installments or extended plans of up to 12 months.

Milfshakes, S.L. does not have access to bank details linked to payment methods and does not store these details during the payment transaction.

1.5. Right of Withdrawal

The User has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without justification.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify Milfshakes, S.L. at help@milfshakes.es or by mail at C/ Casimiro Mahou Bierhans, 21-3R, 28005 Madrid, through an unequivocal declaration.

Milfshakes, S.L. will refund all payments, including delivery charges, within 14 days using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

The User must return the products without undue delay and assume the direct cost of returning the goods.

1.6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of conflicts, the parties submit to the courts of the User's domicile.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, Users may resolve disputes via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ODR Platform.

Milfshakes, S.L. is a member of Confianza Online for alternative dispute resolution: Confianza Online.
